About Us Sparks Management Inc.(SMI) is a project, construction and move management consulting firm offering owner representation services to the greater Puget Sound area. With more than 30 years of experience in both design/architecture and project management, founder Amy Sparks departed her prior business endeavor to open SMI after seven years as one of three Partners in a Portland based project/construction management firm. Amy has experience in interior architecture, project management and owner representation with an extensive background in commercial tenant improvements, academic, research and hospitality projects. Her project successes are based on fully understanding the needs of her clients and working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring a completed job that meets both budgetary goals and objectives. Amy's approach is very hands-on and she has a deep understanding of the entire project process. From concept through installation, she provides insight and guidance to all stakeholders, ensuring the projects meets expectations. SMI’s staff is made up of individuals that bring exceptional skills to each project. All have worked in the design and architectural field, which allows them to provide a depth of experience during every aspect of the project process. This translates directly to their client's project success by providing maximum potential with the best value. SMI specializes in challenging and complex projects, offering particular experience managing projects that require intense collaboration with multiple client groups, consultants and contractors.
