As the founder and lead details enthusiast at Spatial Compass, Liza M Borzoni leads the charge on all projects by offering a detail-oriented hands on approach to project management and client interaction. She has a sophisticated understanding of how details and materials come together and that is what sets her apart from others in the field. The delight is in the details. Liza has over 12 years of experience in New York's multifaceted high-end residential and commercial markets. This experience enables her to design in any style whether it be traditional, transitional, modern, or an eclectic mix of multiple styles. She aims to create livable spaces that match the diverse lifestyles and spirits of her clients and enjoys guiding clients from concept to schematic design, through construction, and then eventually through owner move in. Being involved in all phases of building allows Liza to successfully integrate with other architectural and design professionals, woodworkers, audio visual consultants, MEP & Structural engineers, product vendors, working trades, and general contractors.
