Speaking Business

Speaking Business works with individuals and small groups to develop confidence and effectiveness in every area of speaking. From answering the telephone to major presentations, from sales pitching to networking, we all speak every day. In business, effective speaking significantly impacts your bottom line. I am about to branch into the social enterprise area, working with disadvantaged young people. There are many people in our culture and community who have no real voice for themselves. I aim to change that situation. I believe that many 'problems' experienced by young people are a direct result of lack of skill in telling their story, and having no experience of being heard. Giving them the skills to say what it's like in their shoes and know that people will listen is an important step in allowing them to create the life they really want.
