SpeC Finance - Specialised Customer Finance aims to provide finance & loans for clients either taking their first steps of obtaining their first property or seeking additional ones, car & personal loans etc. We are currently a small group of passionate people who have gone through the process ourselves and wish to provide services to clients in 'their' best interest and not our own. Personal mortgage brokers working on behalf of clients to assist in reaching their finance suited to their current and future goals. With extensive experience in our group of 30+ years and knowledge of lender criteria's and credit policies, we aim to leave no stone unturned in finding solutions or possibilities where possible and providing good old fashioned customer service - house visits, that's right! we still come to the client if needed.
