Specimen Architects

Founded in 2008, SPECIMEN is a group of architects who are interested in space matters. SPECIMEN has experience with a range of project types and scales, including residential, retail, office design, cultural installations, industrial building and urban planning. Its method is to transform the conceptual space research into practical answers. In the manner of Darwin, which describes the creation as a process of evolution through adaptation involving natural selection, it is not the strongest species that survive, but the ones that are best suited. Our studies are similar to scientific research. They are therefore dictated by the management of multiple parameters and analytical studies. It is an architectural laboratory leading to new 'space specimens'.
