Speck was founded out of a desire to elevate the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector for NDIS participants by providing premium disability living solutions across contemporary design-led homes in desirable and convenient locations. At Speck, we believe SDA shouldn’t mean compromising on expectations, quality or amenity. With a combined work experience of almost 40 years in the property industry across development, investment, sales and property management, our Directors Sam and Jayson have a unique perspective on challenges the SDA sector faces and are equipped with a skill set to enhance this sector for the participants, their families and support networks. We know everyone’s journey to independence is different. We work with participants, their families and support providers to guide them through the process of finding the right home.
