Spectral Thinking Team

Spectral Thinking Team (ex. Human Spectrum Lab) is an independent research lab founded in 2018 by Constantin Kichinsky. STT emerges from Constantin's experience in studying and applying Inclusive Design and various techniques for Futures Studies and a series of training and workshops he delivered in 2018-19 for Microsoft, Miro, Acronis, Kaspersky Lab, Dodo Brands, Sberbank, SIBUR digital, DuPont, British Higher School of Art & Design and others. HSL operates like a distributed community, reassembled for specific projects. We focus on exploring humanity & technology evolution, future studies, and inclusive design. We publish our research materials and frameworks under Creative Commons and other open licenses.
