We develop high-performance fiber optic interrogation systems designed for industrial and research applications. Our interrogators support FBG, FP and related sensing technologies, enabling precise measurement of temperature, strain, pressure, vibration, and other physical parameters. The systems are optimized for robustness, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, making them suitable for both standalone deployments and OEM integration. To accelerate technology adoption, we offer evaluation kits and reference systems that allow customers to validate performance in real-world environments. These systems are designed to operate in parallel with existing measurement infrastructure and support low-risk testing and qualification. In addition to standard sensor configurations, we design and manufacture custom fiber optic sensors and specialty sensor fibers tailored to specific application requirements. This includes customized fiber coatings, grating configurations, and sensor geometries for harsh environments, high temperatures, high pressures, or special mechanical constraints. We provide non-recurring engineering services to support customers in applying fiber optic sensing technologies to their specific challenges. Typical NRE activities include feasibility studies, sensor and system design, prototyping, performance optimization, and validation in laboratory or field environments. Our team supports customers throughout the integration process, from early concept development to industrial deployment. This includes system architecture design, interface definition, data acquisition and processing, and integration with existing industrial control or monitoring systems.
