Spectrol Inc. is a privately owned company, supplying high quality pressure sensitive “Prime” labels and Shrink Sleeves to various market segments including Personal Care, Health & Beauty, Wine & Spirits, Pharmaceutical, Food and Consumer Products for over twenty five years since its incorporation in 1985. Over the years, Spectrol has been presented with numerous awards for excellence in the industry including TLMI, PAC and FTA. We are proud to be an ISO 9001:2008 registered company. We currently operate two manufacturing facilities in Mississauga, Ontario. At these locations, we operate state-of-the-art GALLUS EM510S and ECS340 UV Flexo presses In addition to V340 Waterless Offset and R200 Rotary Letterpress. These servo-driven systems ensure optimum cost-effectiveness and superb quality results. The 510S is a hybrid unit for both water-based and UV Flexographic printing (front and reverse sides), as well as rotary screen printing, in combination with cold foil embossing and printing. Capabilities also include inline printing and processing of self-adhesive labels manufactured from paper and plastic (PE, OPP, etc.). This includes monofoil labels, such as wraparound, in mold and shrink sleeves made from OPP and PET, flexible packaging, and a wide range of other applications. Finishing options include coating (varnishing) and lamination.
