Spectrum Industries is a third-generation, family-owned company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With nearly 200 dedicated team members across five divisions, we provide a diverse array of manufacturing services including E-Coating, RAYN Technology surface decoration, automation, and manufacturing solutions. Established in 1979, Spectrum E-Coat is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Industries, dedicated to providing advanced corrosion-resistant coatings for metal components. Utilizing a cutting-edge electrodeposition (E-Coat) paint system, our process includes a black cathodic epoxy E-Coat coupled with an 11-stage zinc-phosphate pretreatment. This combination ensures complete coverage, exceptional adhesion, and a finish that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Operating out of two specialized facilities in West Michigan, we have the capacity to finish up to parts per day. Spectrum E-Coat goes beyond basic coating services by offering comprehensive support solutions, including an in-house testing lab, precise part masking, specialty packaging, guaranteed on-time delivery, extensive warehousing options, and a company-owned truck fleet to streamline logistics.
