Spectrum Nutrition Uk

Nutritional Therapy Business run by me, Melanie Jones BSc(Hons), dipCNM, mBANT, CNHC Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and peak performance. Nutritional Therapy can identify potential nutritional imbalances and how these contribute to symptoms. This approach allows the nutritional therapist to work with people on many levels by addressing nutritional imbalances and supporting the body towards maintaining health. At Spectrum Nutrition, I will take time to learn about your lifestyle, health concerns and priorities, and by using the functional medicine approach will work with you to help you adopt a nutritional protocol to address your specific needs. Functional medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms and thus supports the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual. In addition to my private consultations, I also give talks and presentations to small groups and corporate clients. Subjects for these can be dictated by the client or a series of talks to cover a wide range of subjects can be agreed.
