Specworks primary service is to prepare architectural specifications in a clear, consistent manner using a successful, predetermined, documented format. We support architects and their firms, providing them with knowledge of building codes, standards, the Canadian Construction Act (previously the Lien Act) and provincial laws. We support your firm's architectural production team by mentoring and taking the time to be sure each of them understands why and what they are drawing. We enjoy sharing joint knowledge about construction materials and their related assemblies and installation. That detailed body of knowledge comes from years of working on a wide range of projects including projects from medium-rise residential developments, to Senior Care Centres, to airports and universities.
