As GM, Janeen had plenty of hands-on experience coaching high performing, commissioned-based sales teams. Assisting her teams in setting unbeaten sales records thus creating exceptional incomes. Wanting to share her expertise with women starting up in business, Janeen established her coaching business, Speech Perfect in 2007.
