We work with business clients who need to upgrade or change carriers and or services for their business internet connections including coax and Fiber (dedicated or best effort), hosted phone systems, sd-wan, redundant circuits, security, etc. We work with clients from a single location up to fortune 50 companies. We do not charge any fee of any kind to our clients. Essentially we work the same as Insurance Agencies do in that the carrier pay us to maintain our book of business. The prices from the carriers are exactly the same as if you were to call them directly and often, we are able to find extra incentives through the channel, actually reducing spend. The advantage to you is we will do everything we can to keep your business including project management, tracking and coordinating installation of services, service tickets, addressing billing issues, etc. You will be able to call us directly vs having to call a 800 number and getting someone unfamiliar with your account every time you need something.
