Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Spence worked as an architect and was a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is licensed to practice law in the state Courts of Oklahoma and Missouri and federal courts of Oklahoma, Minnesota and Arizona, and he is a member of the Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Missouri Bar Associations. Mr. Spence earned his B.S. in Architecture at Kansas State University and his J.D. at the University of Tulsa.
