Spencer-Brooks Associates is a specialist headhunting/recruitment company for interiors, design and build and office furniture. We are expert at locating employees at all levels, from trainees to directors. We have been operating since 1985 after recognising that there was a niche market in this sector. Our broad network and vast specialist experience put us in a unique position to match up employees with employers. We get to know all our client companies to understand how they operate, their culture and the individuals within the company. This approach helps paint a much clearer picture of the sort of candidates needed for that position. We usually know where the movers and shakers are within the industry and so can locate excellent candidates quickly.
