Established in 1998, Sperides Reiners Architects is located in Bloomington, Minnesota and maintains a dedicated staff of professional architectural, interior design and administrative support team members. Setting us apart from other design firms is the active participation of the principals of the firm, working directly with each client for the duration of the project. The firm’s goals are simple: ensure the project reflects the client’s mission, vision and image, offer the highest level of design and complete projects on time and on budget. As stated in our firm’s goals, budgets and schedules are “sacred” parts of the design and building process. We understand that design decisions have a direct impact on project costs and construction schedules. We also understand that design will play an important role to reflect and convey the mission and values of each client.
