We are a correspondent lender for several large financial institutions. We assist clients throughout the United States in creating and executing on highly effective transaction strategies that optimize capital structure, increase efficiency and ultimately maximize value. The Company provides creative advisory, transaction management, deal structuring and marketing expertise to a full range of asset categories. Our real estate capital markets services include: bridge loans, construction loans, credit facilities, joint venture equity, mezzanine debt, permanent loans, preferred equity, recapitalizations and term loans for multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and hospitality assets. The Company will also provide capital market advisory services to new and existing Sperry Commercial Global Affiliate offices.
