SPF is a privately held company developing bioprocessing and bioanalytical devices and applications to meet manufacturing and sample-prep needs of biopharmaceutical companies, life science researchers, and drug development scientists. We develop new concepts—devices and processes—that make a real difference to end-users by providing new capabilities and streamlining manufacturing and laboratory processes. The SPF business model is to secure patent rights of our inventions, perform the proof of concept, and license the technology to top suppliers. This way we are able to leverage the sales and marketing capability of existing suppliers and thereby accelerate the adoption of our new technology.
