We will attend site with the correct tools and materials to carry out the required tasks on time and more importantly on budget. Our skillset allows us to offer services from basic property repairs such as changing lightbulbs to a full programme of void management and end-of-tenancy refurbishments and adaptions. We have experience working alongside vulnerable tenants and tenants with learning disabilities and we can adapt our working style to fit around them and their individual needs. Where needed, we can be innovative with adaptions and think outside the box to ensure the client’s needs are at the centre of any work we do.
