Sphera Partners is a growth equity investment firm founded in 2024 to focus on accelerating the growth of women’s sport, while delivering superior financial returns and positively impacting social equality. Sphera’s team is united by a passion for sport and a desire to change the landscape for women’s sport to create economically and socially sustainable sport businesses. We believe that athletes should have access to developing lifelong careers, all fans should feel personally connected to their sport, and that as women achieve parity in sport there are greater socioeconomic benefits in the communities where they play.
