Our purpose is to generate a positive impact through all of the projects we collaborate on by emphasizing the rational use of resources, prioritizing the well-being of its occupants, and working with responsibility, resilience and regeneration in mind. We have an interdisciplinary team that provides professional advice throughout the different phases of a project including design, construction, operation and maintenance. We offer sustainable consulting services including building certification processes (LEED, WELL, TRUE, EDGE + Living Building Challenge) and Sustainable and Regenerative Project Management, operating in Costa Rica and internationally.
