From a conversation with a member of the executive team, complemented by a scan that goes through a number of HR-related areas with an impact on productivity, we can very quickly get to the root cause analysis in order to then specifically propose 2 measures with the highest ROI. Before presenting a preliminary report, we validate our initial findings with a number of key stakeholders if required. All our solutions are soaked in scientific research: we don't do changes or HR 'from the gut'. And by the way, we also choose our clients.
