Sphinxx is an Australian company that is passionate about advancing women leaders. Our vision is to see women equally represented in leadership roles – in business and in our communities. So everything we do is about giving women the confidence and the competence to realise their full potential, at work and in life. Founded by Jennifer Dalitz in 2008 sphinxx has grown to service 4 different states and a network of over professional women. Jen brings her extensive and enormously successful career experience, commitment and contacts to focus on filling some of the personal and professional development gaps she and her peers face in the upper echelons of their careers. Sphinxx runs quarterly conferences in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. These conferences, called “Ascend” are development days for women leaders, and those aspiring to leadership roles who are looking to advance their careers and to gain the confidence and connections they need to realize their full potential. These events are opportunities to hear from wildly successful women executives, leaders and senior business managers who will challenge the thinking of participants, impart knowledge and facilitate networking. Sphinxx offers consulting services to employers, providing advice and education to organisations looking to attract, develop and retain their female talent. The sphinxx leadership program is a network of highly successful women from all over Australia. Members attend the Ascend days free of charge, and receive monthly development packs of resources, inspiration and special offers. Sphinxx also runs a range of other events and networking opportunities for members. Sphinxx also offers a free weekly newsletter connecting businesswomen to great articles and online resources, conversations and opportunities for professional and personal development.
