SPlC Solar established in March 2009 and belongs to State Power Investment Group, mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of photovoltaic cells & modules. As the earliest PV enterprise in China to layout N-type lBC products, which is also the earliest in China to mass-produce three major series of products of TOPCon, PERC and lBC at the same time. SPIC Solar has built the first industrialized N-type lBC cell and module production line in China in 2019, and currently has two bases in Xining and Xi'an.
