the obvious pride and knowledge the staff have in the products they're offering. Everything is cooked fresh and I was warned that malai kofta takes at least 25-30min because it's made every day and thus takes time because it's not frozen microwaved rubbish here! That said, my wait time was pleasant, cool and accompanied by low key classical music. A HUGE free sample of the divine apple cinnamon curry was thrown in and the rest of the dishes were just sublime as well. The prices were also a pleasant surprise. We'll be back!
