It is operating under licenses issued by the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control (Interior Division), Government of Pakistan, Provincial Government of Sindh, Punjab, Chief Commissioner Capital Territory and all other relevant Regulatory Agencies including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The Company is also duly registered with PBA (Pakistan Bankers Association), APSAA (All Pakistan Security Agencies Association) etc. The name Spider though has intelligence and security related connotations, but real motive was to pay homage to the Spider who weaved a web at the mouth of the cave, during Migration (HIJRAT) of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
