The Spiral Movement Center is dedicated to disseminating the bodymind philosophy & methodology of Sourak Praxis developed by founders Stephanie Gottlob & Yuji Oka. It serves a range of people from all walks of life, from children with special needs to people seeking the highest expressions of human potentiality. Our goal is to globally help people learn how to self-direct their internal bodymind processes and reach transformative states of flow. Spiral Praxis is one of the most powerful and comprehensive somatic methodologies in the world today. People have applied to a wide range of human activities including injury rehabilitation, meditation, breathing, yoga, fitness, rock climbing, dance, cognitive and emotional repatterning, and creativity. It presents a paradigm-shifting perspective on how human beings can self direct their internal functions through innovative internal technology. The Spiral Movement Center is an accredited school with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) and offers somatics services, workshops and trainings in Toronto, Canada and abroad.
