Spiritually Mindful

For those seeking fulfillment, empowerment and a deeper connection I place a strong focus on the Spiritual (Authentic) aspect in my sessions. This is an aspect often left out of traditional therapy and coaching sessions; however once understood, can bring about self empowerment, long term positive change and a deep sense of self-fulfillment. These are so many who are trying to achieve these qualities in their lives, but do not know where to start. I take a very practical approach to my sessions. Spirituality is not about lighting candles and meditating, these are just ways to experience it. Spirituality is a state of being. A state where one is fulfilled, empowered and in alignment with the life they want to live. Coaching - Those wanting to and ready to make a change. These sessions are more goal / action focused and ideal for those wanting to- break old habits and patterns - step into their power, or - for those who are looking for general Self improvement. We would have a series of sessions over a short term, for an agreed-upon period of time. Thereafter you should be fully empowered to action the necessary changes required in your life. Counselling - Those wanting to better understand the Self I take a Person-Centered approach to my counselling sessions. These sessions allow you take an active role in your process. As no one can follow your path for you or give you the answers directly, I have found this approach to be far more beneficial in the long term and far more empowering for my clients. Mentoring - Those seeking ancient knowledge and enlightenment. These sessions are based on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. An open space where I offer guidance based on my own spiritual practices and teachings. We would conduct a few foundation-building sessions before moving into a more informal "when needed" based process.
