We invite you to join our journey in raising healthy, happy and environmentally aware children. Spit the Pip’s workshops and products foster a sense of connectedness for children, with each other, with their families and with the earth. Understanding where ‘real food’ comes from, and the ability to grow our own food, is essential to the health of our children and the health of our planet. We all know that 'kids learn by doing', so what better way to show them how easy it is to grow healthy, delicious food, than to get them doing it themselves! And that is exactly what Spit the Pip products and workshops do … we get kids in the garden and producing their own food. Have you ever watched the expression on a child’s face when the tomato plant he nurtured from seed produces its first juicy ripe fruit? We have! And we want to share the joy … The concept for Spit the Pip was born from a combined background in Early Childhood education, small business management and educational product development."Whole food.
