Spitzer Enterprises is a business consulting practice serving client needs in primarily the Sales/Marketing and Operations facets of business. Specialties include planning, market and competitor research using advanced database tools, and business process and profit improvement. In most companies small and large, there is strategic work to be done - thinking, planning, executing - that is crowded out by the regular workload. My specialty is to partner with leadership, use my independence and creativity, and help get things done. It is proving to be universally valued. The company has a client list that includes startups, established businesses, and a University. Versatility and fast learning are characteristic, with recent projects that include a product to deter birds from cell phone towers, a service to remediate Chinese drywall for real estate owners and investors, and business planning and documentation for a University capital/infrastructure development project.
