We are a cleaning, property maintenance and renovation company. Starting in 2014 as a domestic cleaning company, we have organically grown to become a multi award winning soft facilities management company covering a wide range of services across South Wales, all under one roof. Our roots are in cleaning, from holiday let cleaning through to large commercial sites, we understand how important delivering a consistent and reliable high quality cleaning service is to the day-to-day operation of a businesses. Following the pandemic, we have seen a large demand in the servicing of holiday lets and short-term rentals such as Airbnb. In order to provide a seamless service for these types of properties, we provide holiday home cleaning, linen rental, waste removal, hampers and hot tub maintenance in order to make the changeover from one guest to the next as stress free and simple as possible for our customers. Our consistent delivery of quality cleaning services led to us developing strong relationships with letting agencies and property developers who were looking for the same reliable service when it came to maintenance works at their properties. From small jobs such as hanging a door or freshening up decor before a new tenant moves in though to emergency callouts for tenants. As a result of working with property developers, we grew the business by employing qualified and time served trades to allow us to provide a full property renovation service. This allowed us to have all services under one roof for those looking to buy to rent or buy to sell. Full renovations services can all be specified on one quote, from one company and the property is handed over clean and ready for sale or rental.
