Spline Curves is a contract manufacturing company situated in square feet workshop in Vadodara, India. We specialize in manufacturing mechanical products / assemblies that involves sheet metal operations, tube bending, machining, and welding. We have been manufacturing "ready to use" assemblies for our customers in various industries such as automobile, healthcare / medical device, home décor, and furniture. We take pride in providing end to end manufacturing service to our customers. This includes procuring raw materials from vetted suppliers, manufacturing as per design and specifications, and then testing manufactured parts. Subsequently the parts are zinc plated, powder coated, or galvanized to enhance its surface finish. Finally the parts are packed in boxes or pallets and loaded into container for export. Our biggest strength is having in-house design team and manufacturing team. This synergy enables us to quickly design and fabricate fixtures and dies for machining, tube bending, welding, and testing manufactured products. At the same time our hands-on design experience enables us to design new products keeping in mind "design for manufacturing"(DFM) principles. This is enabled us to scale prototypes into production units at a competitive rate. Considering our success in manufacturing products with consistent quality and on time delivery, we want to serve more customers in India and internationally.
