Split Rock Partners was founded by Tom Jacobson to provide thoughtful, collaborative and strategic solutions that improve performance to middle and back-office operations of Institutional Investors and Broker Dealers. Split Rock Partners treats each client with a custom approach. Streamlining existing procedures and creating options that provide the client’s CFO with day-to-day management of the firm’s operational processes. Split Rock Partner’s goals are to develop and implement high-impact strategies and procedures for its clients, providing services which may include new accounts management, trade bookings/allocations, control reconciliation - resolving trade breaks, and implementing internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and increasing operational efficiencies.
