Split Second

We are Split Second, two producers who share a passion for innovative performance. We collaborate with artists who are blurring the lines between circus, dance and theatre. Our ambition is to push the limit of what performance can be and create new and exciting experiences for artists and audiences, in the UK and internationally. We founded Split Second in 2020, moved by the desire to create new opportunities for artists and allow them to widen their reach and the scope of their art. We work closely with a small number of artists, supporting their artistic development and building networks of supporters to facilitate their growth. We explore ways of experiencing art & culture in new and meaningful ways, including engaging, taking part and sharing responses. Beyond the support we are offering to artists, Split Second is also our platform to challenge the norm: we want to create original, groundbreaking and sometimes challenging work for indoors, outdoor and digital spaces. We want to curate platforms for artists to showcase their talents. We want to be the voice of a scene that needs to be heard and recognised.
