At Spokane EMDR & Counseling, we strive to offer services to anyone who has been bogged down by trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or any other emotional disturbance to help them find a new sense of peace they thought they had lost. We work to meet clients where they are at and help them heal using evidenced based practices that will allow individuals to thrive in a world that often causes pain and suffering. Spokane EMDR Counseling was founded in the fall of 2019. The company started with one provider who had a passion for helping people find the joy they had lost. The company decided to expand when they found an ever growing need for EMDR therapy in the Spokane area. We as a company have the belief that everyone can have freedom from the pain, trauma, depression, and anxiety people feel on a daily basis. By providing a space for people to grow and regain their passion, Spokane can blossom into an even better community. The hope of our company is to reach as many people as possible to make an impact on society as a whole.
