Spoon Bar & Kitchen is a chic, modern American bistro with French overtones featuring forward-thinking cuisine from the land and sea. Owner and Executive Chef John Tesar’s vision involves several unique dining experiences, including a full a la carte menu served in the main dining room; a built-in raw bar offering oysters and interesting shellfish from waters around the globe; a chef’s table in the private dining wine room touting a customizable chef’s menu; and an interactive chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen where diners can enjoy a chef’s tasting menu or sample experimental dishes- Eater National named Spoon Bar & Kitchen one of “The 25 Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings of 2012.” - The 60-seat dining room features textured plaster walls, antique mirrors, rounded banquettes and a sleek marble bar.
