Sport Resolutions

Sport Resolutions is an independent, not-for-profit, dispute resolution service for sport operating globally, offering arbitration, mediation, tribunal and expert opinion. Our aim is to provide an expert, speedy and cost effective alternative to internal appeals processes and court-based litigation. What services do we offer? Arbitration Mediation Safeguarding (including operating the National Safeguarding Panel) Operating disciplinary Tribunals for International Federations Providing ad-hoc Panels for Major Events Independent Vetting and Governance Support Conducting Investigations and Reviews for international and national federations Operating the Pro Bono Legal Advice Panel Operating the National Anti-Doping Panel Organising seminars/trainings/conferences We maintain a large panel, consisting of nearly 350 individuals. In addition to arbitrators and mediators, the Sport Resolutions' Panel includes individuals with a range of other skills and professions such as doctors, scientists, psychologists, pharmacologists, former police officers, social workers, accountants and ex-athletes amongst others, which allows us to tailor appointments to the specific requirements of a case.
