Sportainable

The aim of the think tank sportainable is to connect people and organisations at the interface between sport and sustainability in order to raise their profile and that of the topic, and to build up scientific expertise on issues of sustainability in the context of sport in various subject areas so that this expertise can be made available to third parties, for example at scientific events, in workshops or through publications. We rethink sport: resource-efficient, low-emission, nature-friendly, socially responsible and humane. We provide a basis of knowledge for actors who want to embark on the path of sustainable development. And we create impulses to take such paths. The Verein zur Förderung der Denkfabrik sportainable e. V.(the association for the promotion of the think tank sportainable) is the body that runs the think tank sportainable.
