Sports Evolution guides athletes into the next generation through Human Performance, CrossFit, and Martial Arts. Performance- We assess all of our athletes and individual clients to ensure their safety while maximizing their training results. CrossFit- Our sense of community and emphasis on safety comes before all else at CFSE. We teach you how to grow as a FUNCTIONAL human being. Martial Arts- Our Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu instructors exceed expectations for their students. From the mat to the heavy bag, we ensure our participants learn something at each visit.
