SportsMindset (SMS) seeks to promote physical, mental & spiritual balance in life through our passion and commitment to sport & fitness. Our programs are structured and detailed, crafted with expert knowledge focusing on the use of proper exercises to achieve optimal training progressions. We work with a variety of clients, understanding the specific requirements of each: ELITE ATHLETES & SPORTING GROUPS We provide athletes with body awareness; teaching how to activate & strengthen muscles correctly, become explosive & agile, and run with more speed & fluidity. We focus on developing a complete athlete. WEIGHT LOSS CLIENTS A few pounds or make a complete lifestyle overhaul! We work with you to create a customized program focused on YOUR health and fitness! Our system includes meal plans, nutritional education, ongoing support, & fitness programs. MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT Often our client’s goals involve building muscle mass, strengthening & toning, and weight gain. Our strength programs, combined with a dedicated nutritional program, will guide you in your quest for muscle development. SCHOOLS From school sports teams to after-school care groups, our programs encourage teamwork, commitment & importantly – competition. We believe that competition is key to any individual’s development, in life & on the sporting field. Available for Pre-school to Yr 12. COUNCILS & COMMUNITY GROUPS SMS has worked successfully with remote indigenous communities via Regional Councils – offering both staff training & community engagement programs. We understand the importance of leaving a legacy and work to upskill local staff in SMS concepts. With fun, interactive sessions, SMS is a great additional to Local Government YS & R programs. ACCELERWARE TRAINING PROGRAMS Customized online training programs to help lose weight, gain muscle, jump higher, run faster. All programs have detailed videos and explanations allowing you to get the most out of each exercise.
