It is said that, to have a great idea, you need to have a lot of ideas! Spotwrks is a dynamic platform which gives ‘You’ the freedom to be creative, be the bargaining chip! ‘You’ can ‘spot’ your picks, choose from projects, learn those skills, work on them, build a profile and leverage it! The creators of Spotwrks had similar, clichéd experiences while learning new skills. The process is redundant, and the efficiency is determined by ‘percentage’ on the resume, which are embedded in time. While pursuing the startup journey they realised what matters more is the organic learning from experiences, rather than institutionalised learning. Spotwrks is a platform for non institutionalised and organic learning.
