SPR Construction Corporation is a minority owned 8(a) small business, providing work of the highest quality for Federal clients across the United States and around the world. SPR is well known by subcontractors and government agencies for its specialized experience, technical excellence, and delivery in design/build construction projects. Our core philosophy is to build our business on high performance standards and client satisfaction. Our work is performed at the highest quality, while always keeping the specific needs of the customer in mind. SPR recognizes that a project is not truly complete until the customer is entirely satisfied. SPR bonding capacity is $25 million for single project and $50 million aggregate and is reviewed every three months for increment.
