We do this by using Web 2.0 tools to increase the rate of diffusion of information throughout an organization. Web 2.0 is about collaborations and conversations, leveraging human social networks into the digital realm, permitting difficult problems to be solved. We help research organizations succeed with their internal conversations, accelerating the transformation of tacit information from inside researcher's heads into explicit information that is available to all.
