The company was incorporated in Florida on March 13th, 2008, is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and was originally founded by QoS Labs, LLC, a software lab established also in Boca Raton, Florida, for over a decade, focused on service orientation and knowledge representation R&D. Our management team has extensive experience in high tech, participating in the research, development, and integration of software and hardware products and services related to communication and information technologies in the U.S. and Latin America markets. For the last three decades, their exposure to the market has always been involved with the next wave of technologies, pioneering the market at a very early stage in emerging technologies such as Unix, Java, the Internet, SaaS, and the Semantic Web. Company's slogan,"The Social Knowledge Springboard", originates from the idea of a springboard that launches people to take action into the "social objects" centered knowledge Web.
