Spring was established to educate and train high school students, undergraduates, postgraduates, businesspeople, and working professionals in the private, public, non-governmental organization (NGO), and not-for-profit organization sectors wanting to build capacities for using formal languages (English & Chinese) and stronger business acumen in professional settings. Our vision is to be a leading language and skills training center in Cambodia by providing excellent academic programs through a pleasant learning environment. Our missions are- To provide relevant academic and career focused programs leading to development of four language skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing- To foster an in-depth knowledge of languages and relevant practical experience in each student through dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers; and - To maintain a caring, motivating and comfortable learning environment through excellent service and modern facilities.
