Spring Facility Services is a registered Ltd.(Limited Liability Company) in Ireland. We provide a truly independent and personal service. In an industry where knoweledge and experience counts, our talented team of key personnel enjoy a wealth of experience, providing in-depth understanding of your particular needs and requirements, which are unique to every building. The most significant part of the business is exterior cleaning of windows and facades using rope access technicians. We have well trained and fully qualified team of abseilers to meet any demand of potential customer (confined space, no access or weight restrictions to MEWP/Cherrypicker, limited access for cleaning platforms, etc). The crew is also familiar in treating the heritage buildings/facades or fragile structures where extra caution must be taken. We are well-known in the business for completing the jobs which our competition calls impossible to do. We also use a standard and well-known systems to suit the needs of the client: MEWP/Spider lift access, reach & wash cleaning, powerwashing, etc. Having team of mentioned abseilers and trained hoist operators we also offering building’s inspections and some general repairs, gutter cleaning and repairs also. Glass polishing is also part of our day to day business. On top of that thanks to our sister company we are happy to offer soft and hard landscaping of any size and scale but also maintenance of existing green areas. Growing part of that business is also installing green roofs and maintaining green walls for many commercial customers.
