Spring House Hotel

The Spring House is Block Island's oldest and largest hotel. Built in 1852, the Main Building boasts over 30 guest rooms and suites that preserve the island's authentic New England charm. Just next door, the Mott House holds 17 rooms and suites speaking to the Victorian era, and near by you can find more modern and luxury accommodations at the Barn Apartments and Inn at Spring House. On-premise there are three Seaside Homes available on a weekly rental basis during peak season, and 5 Seawinds Condos located a few minutes away on High Street. During the summer season you can indulge in exquisite cuisine in the Main Restaurant, enjoy a cocktail and tapas in an Adirondack chair on the lawn, and escape to enjoy an intimate, farm-to-table dining experience at The Barn Restaurant.
