Established in 1992, Springboard is an adult education provider with a passion for excellence. Our focus is on creating an impact, driving positive, tangible change and supporting the positive development of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups through building capacity and intercultural understanding. Our work is based on best practice research and tailored designs to accommodate learning preferences, personal objectives and goals and desired impact. With a permanent staff of 40, the organisation has been involved in working with over people in over 300 programmes.
