The Springfield-Greene County Library District is a cutting-edge library system in the heart of the Ozarks, with a mission to serve the educational, cultural and recreational needs of our residents with 10 vibrant branches, a Mobile Library and outreach services. The Library offers a wide collection of books, movies, music, magazines, audiobooks, e-books and downloadables. It features free meeting and study rooms and equipment, Wi-Fi and public computers, a Local History & Genealogy special collection, Computer Training Center, Funding and Business Information Center, hundreds of electronic resources for all ages, regular storytimes, Walking Books for the homebound and much more.
